@brett5355sports Decades is the one of the few digital subchannels I watch... So of course it sucks that @verizonfios didn't pick it up in Philly after it was dropped (by @CBSPhilly I think). Found a couple of streams showing it but keep losing them too

Verizon outage in the Philadelphia area. Verizon fios support quoted a resolution by 9AM “our network engineers are already working on this and its expected to get fixed 9AM today.”

@marcsiry Tried adding an ethernet back haul to the mesh network by installing wired ethernet through my walls. It improved some spots but not others. Current setup which seems to work best is Verizon's latest FIOS router+extender which is currently free if you upgrade to gigabit.

Dear Fellow #fios #verizonfios customers..don't even bother them asking what's happening in the northeast. I just spoke with VZ about how wifi is down & their template suggestion was to try using 'wifi calling'..@verizonfios throw the whole customer service division away.

@Verizon help me understand pricing for Fios TV. Called in to remove services , phone, DVR and limit channels. Instead of paying less the bill jumps $30. Trying all packages and combinations never reduces the bill. Is this by design ?

@VerizonSupport We ended the fios service on Nov. 3rd 2022, it was due on December 3rd 2022 and was returned on January 2nd 2023 at the Verizon in Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, VA.

@VerizonSupport Verizon technician installed 1Gig FIOS yesterday and the internet is very unstable. 1Gig subscription but wireless speed is 300 to 400mbps even when 6ft from the Verizon router. Verizon said there is no problem and they cannot help me. Now I have no internet. Why?

@FiosFrontier it is extremely difficult to get a live person on the phone to assist. Your chat feature sends me in circles. I want to speak to someone about my bill, and you’re not even open on Saturday mornings? Never had this issue with Verizon FiOS.

Optimum is worse than Cox which is a level of bad I didn't know existed. My internet goes out multiple times per day but it's my only option bc the house isn't hooked up for Fios
