The install/repair team at @verizonfios are absolutely dumb. A service call for signal issues outside of the house has turned into a “I don’t know anything about TiVo” situation. I’m just asking to check the signal from the ONT to the splitter.

@verizonfios New generation router that was supposed to be better, is worse than our old one from Verizonfios. It has been centralized in the home, isn’t hidden, and troubleshot, but every single WiFi connected device competes and/or just has bad connection period, including the 3 TV boxes

@jprice9227 @disneyplus @verizon Torture. Signed up for their gigabit internet plan, had to fight with them for 3 months straight and still am to get the price right that I agreed to. Brutal customer service and their user interface online is a joke. @verizonfios

@VerizonSupport I already said I did…It’s not odd. It’s common. It’s happened for months and FiOS tech support gives me so much runaround I leave it. Now it’s unusable.Tried Cat 6 and Cat 8. Going into USB-C adapter. Yes I’ve checked the speed computer to computer with the adapter/cables

@verizonfios i hate the new "last" button. It WAS a nice, quick, one-touch method of switching between two games or shows. Now, it's really not any better than selecting the channels manually. Stupid! Change it back right now!! I didn't give y'all permission to mess with stuff

@verizonfios amazing that you have a major outage in a neighborhood now in day 2 & your customer service people cannot explain when the outage started, when it will be resolved FOR REAL THIS TIME. I had to push 3 calls for the cause of the outage-Be PROACTIVE in talking to us!!!

@verizonfios Moving Saturday, selected the 14th for stop service. Didn’t expect it to be at 4am, you guys should maybe put in an option for people to select a time. Tech support apparently can’t turn it back on.

@ryanlm92 @verizonfios Well I left Verizon for Cox and had to come back cause their router doesn’t work well with the VPN for my job (disconnects). Now I’m stuck with really bad TV issues but “ok” internet. I just can’t win. Unfortunately those are my only two options here at my condo. 😖

Good thing @Verizon FIOS works well because every time I try to change my service they make me want to run away screaming. Today, I’ve been bouncing around the @VerizonSupport chat for hours with no answers. In the meantime I’m stuck paying outrageous expired contract prices.

I can’t begin to express how utterly disappointed & angry @verizonfios makes me on an almost daily basis. In the last week alone my connection dropped more times than it EVER did in 10 YEARS on @CoxComm. Today alone I had to reset ONT & router twice. Horrible.

And the FIOS/CBT model for video doesnt work when the competition has been on hybrid fiber for 25 yrs and already paid for their investment.... VZ and ATT have to come to grips with buying unbundled elements from their competitors in some cases... because CMCSA has a lot of glass

@VerizonBusiness You're a billion dollar company and the Fios website may be the worst site ever. Many links do not work when clicked. It's terrible. Also why is customer service so terrible? Getting a human is nearly impossible.

@VerizonSupport We received a $100 gift card with our Fios service and placed an order for an Apple HomePod Mini, which never came. It was attempted to be delivered, then shipped back to the return center, and we’ve received no correspondence about a refund or replacement
