@VerizonSupport It consistently goes in and out intermittently. The router doesn’t reach our bedroom (live in ~800sq ft) and the extender we bought rarely works either, likely due to lack of signal strength. It seems we either live in a dead zone or have poor Fios service in this building.

@verizonfios I have been looking to get fios installed since at least 2010. Service available in my area I think since 2015. I finally started to get hopeful when my address was put into review status. It recently changed to “review suspended” with no clear explanation.

I call @verizonfios to change my service plan and the automated system tells me they are closed, and to call after 8am and immidiately disconnects. It doesn’t tell me when they close for the day. 😪

@VZWSupport After answering it gets me back to login and after logging again I get to the Verizon FiOS MyAccount page and selecting "Wireless" gets me into the same loop again.VZW and Verizon seem to have a Single Sign On problem with my account.

Sat. @VerizonSupport shows up to apt across the hall. About them my Wifi, phone & cable all go down. #VerizonFios claims these things are unrelated. I have no service but Fios website says I do. So, I am not inclined to believe them.

And the FIOS/CBT model for video doesnt work when the competition has been on hybrid fiber for 25 yrs and already paid for their investment.... VZ and ATT have to come to grips with buying unbundled elements from their competitors in some cases... because CMCSA has a lot of glass

@VerizonBusiness You're a billion dollar company and the Fios website may be the worst site ever. Many links do not work when clicked. It's terrible. Also why is customer service so terrible? Getting a human is nearly impossible.
