@VerizonSupport No you do not. Phone call has exhaustng menus and no easy way to report a simple outages. Now i understand cord cutting @verizon @verizonfios especially when myFios app does not work since I had no service. DAH. Poor design

My cable box failed so I contacted @verizonfios. They said that given the age of my boxes, I should swap them & my router out for new ones. I didn’t authorize any change in service. Now I’m missing channels and they want to charge me more for what I already had. Can’t be legal.

@VZWSupport not for nothing, and it may just be me, but bad job today. Internet connection and fios blew up today at 12. 3 consecutive 15 minute calls to try to upgrade to personal hotspot and got hung up on three times. $tmus @JohnLegere, yo.

@verizonfios New customers vs Existing long term customers! FiOS offers great deals to get you but won't offer the same to keep you. New customer 1Gig internet only = $79.99 free modem & Disney for 1 year. 10 year customer = $79.99 + $15 modem & no Disney. Unappreciated!

@Verizon help me understand pricing for Fios TV. Called in to remove services , phone, DVR and limit channels. Instead of paying less the bill jumps $30. Trying all packages and combinations never reduces the bill. Is this by design ?

@VerizonSupport We ended the fios service on Nov. 3rd 2022, it was due on December 3rd 2022 and was returned on January 2nd 2023 at the Verizon in Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, VA.

@VerizonSupport Verizon technician installed 1Gig FIOS yesterday and the internet is very unstable. 1Gig subscription but wireless speed is 300 to 400mbps even when 6ft from the Verizon router. Verizon said there is no problem and they cannot help me. Now I have no internet. Why?

@FiosFrontier it is extremely difficult to get a live person on the phone to assist. Your chat feature sends me in circles. I want to speak to someone about my bill, and you’re not even open on Saturday mornings? Never had this issue with Verizon FiOS.

Optimum is worse than Cox which is a level of bad I didn't know existed. My internet goes out multiple times per day but it's my only option bc the house isn't hooked up for Fios
