Be careful if you need to move services with @verizonfios @VerizonSupport cuz they will cut your service 2 days early and then tell you that there is nothing they can do and to just “wait” until your move date to correct the issue

@Dnellicious I have fios tv and internet package which isnt that much... dont need hbo or starz... have WWE Network, prepaid Disney+ for the year, have Netflix, have Prime Video (free w Prime) and i have hulu free with my phone. Yeah its really not bad overall.

@verizonfios I just spoke to one of your customer service reps, Sam, who really went above and beyond. I recently lost my husband and he had set the account up. She went through everything with me, explained it, and signed me for autopay. Sam's customer service was stellar! TY

@verizonfios Was just on the phone for 2 1/2 hours with the most amazing customer service guy – I made him tell me his name - Steve St. Onge. His patience is epic and he was tireless in his efforts to solve my problems. Give that man a raise!

Hey @verizonfios @VerizonSupport I have spent over 6 hours of my life the past few days on hold with Reps. Paying for a gigabyte connection and not getting it. Tech services says call billing - billing says call tech services. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

And the FIOS/CBT model for video doesnt work when the competition has been on hybrid fiber for 25 yrs and already paid for their investment.... VZ and ATT have to come to grips with buying unbundled elements from their competitors in some cases... because CMCSA has a lot of glass

@VerizonBusiness You're a billion dollar company and the Fios website may be the worst site ever. Many links do not work when clicked. It's terrible. Also why is customer service so terrible? Getting a human is nearly impossible.

@VerizonSupport We received a $100 gift card with our Fios service and placed an order for an Apple HomePod Mini, which never came. It was attempted to be delivered, then shipped back to the return center, and we’ve received no correspondence about a refund or replacement
