@Xfinity told me they'd call me back by 8 am regarding my wrongfully disconnected wifi. It's 10:22 am and no one has called and I still don't have wifi. I can't believe this is how they treat loyal customers whose accounts are in good standing

Of course @comcast sends me a notice that I'm almost over my tiny monthly data cap, AGAIN. This means I can't install #StarWarsJediSurvivor because I'll literally be charged $50 from Comcast. **** data caps. I pay for 1200mbps, only ever get 800... and it's asymmetrical. #suck

So tired of @Xfinity. I've had 2 technicians come out to my house and my internet still flakes out ALL THE TIME.I've tried calling and also using their chat help and it keeps putting me through the troubleshooting to reboot my modem. Then, I get kicked back to do it again.

@sfpelosi @XfinitySupport When my cable has problems, we sometimes have switched to xfinity stream ap installed on the tcl roku tv which works fine. Have also had good results with streaming xfinity on my desktop computer, though it does stop me doing anything else on that screen.

Well look at that! Still no service yet! They contacted me immediately after my tweet. And I officially took all of my equipment back yesterday. I'm done waiting for @Xfinity and @XfinitySupport. I will gladly wait for the new fiber optics from @FrontierCorp and save my money!
