@Xfinity I am a new customer who is having an issue with my TV box changing the input, so when my TV turns on automatically (per my TV setting, to help me wake up in the AM) Xfinity has changed the input from my HDMI1 to another option which doesn’t work. HELP PLEASE! Thank you!

By the way, it's 1/3 the cost of @comcastcares and Comcast continues to lie about the signal going out.
