called today for an explanation for installing a router without my permission the other day, had someone on tech support tell me to do something that made it so i don’t have internet at all and now she’s pushing the blame on everyone else…care to explain ??? @ZiplyFiber

@ZiplyFiber @AskZiplyFiber ordered the internet service on 4/8, installation was scheduled on 4/20. installation was completed partially. another installation was scheduled for 5/1. no tech showed at home. looks like Ziply is not interested to grow business. order cancelled

@PaulLavigne17 @comcast @ZiplyFiber Quite. Comcast is a terrible company. They basically have a monopoly most markets, which is common case 4 tele. & cable co’s. Most of the time, they’re not even appropriately reg’d. & can hike prices how/when they want.Most customers have one cable & one tele. provider, at best

@pchee I mean I am in Duvall not the wilderness but I have only had @ZiplyFiber DSL 11mbps as an option for a decade & had so many problems that I know all the local service techs on a first name basis. maybe one day ziply will get fiber here but between this & 5g they are done.

How many appointments and tech visits does it take to get @ZiplyFiber installed? I can't tell you, since I've had 4 different techs out, and the only thing done is new cable at the pole. Incredibly poor communication and coordination.

Had @ZiplyFiber installed yesterday but I can't even use it because someone screwed up when they submitted the order and now I have 200mbps service when I should have gig. Hopefully it's resolved within the next day and I can get on with it otherwise I'm sticking with Charter.
