Spent 4 days troubleshooting my Verizon Fios including hours online, having a tech replace the OTA, paying to upgrade to a new router, issue finally got resolved enough people in my neighborhood complained they realized it was a service issue on their end. @verizonfios

@I_am_AVi_Ma I love Verizon Fios. I’ve had the service 2.5 years now and I’ve only had one outage that was caused by a severe thunderstorm. My cable bill is relatively low compared to Spectrum and Xfinity. I’ve never had an issue with the cable.

Oh, and many many reboots. All in all, the issue was that I can't let my router use IPv6 with Fios but this is a small price to pay for stable internet.

After a week and MANY hours of tedious tests upstream as well as a purchase of a bunch of new equipment, the issue was @verizonfios. Turns out, it was a big issue with their IPv6 rollout.

@verizonfios Inadvertently paid the wrong amount on my bill and wanted to cancel payment but couldn't find the cancel screen to edit the payment. I don't understand why the menu is so difficult to navigate. There should be a home menu in app format available to choose from such

@VerizonSupport I have called three times, online chatted a few times, set up a call time and didn’t receive a callback. I even asked for a call back from a supervisor that is already 45 minutes over due. Not a great way to treat a FIOS customer for over 20 years. #frustrated

@RHOyalEducator Sounds like a cable provider issue. My mom has Spectrum and I have Verizon Fios and we both get BET/Her along with BET and some other BET channel.

@alpert @robpegoraro I held out for FiOS but they never wired my bldg. There are 2 coils hanging on poles across the alley for 5 yrs now. "No plans for svc at your address." The $25/mo deal sounds really good if it truly is all-inclusive + no added "because we can" charges.

@verizonfios customer service is a joke. Two hours, three troubleshooting sessions, three customer service online chats and one phone call later they’re still unable to complete a replacement order for a cable box. This shouldn’t be this hard.

@verizonfios I had some work done in my family room yesterday and the workers unhooked the cable box. I went to hook it back up and it is not working. Very frustrating.

@Ubiquiti, the team at @verizonfios owes us both beers. In fact, I re-did my network with more UI products to see if I could get things working properly but I learned a lot in the process... especially with network troubleshooting. Guys, my specialty is software, not HW.

Hey @VerizonSupport @verizonfios!! I called you earlier today to inquire about a POSSIBLE change to our FIOS package. 1 hour later I got an email confirming a cancelation of our service that I NEVER REQUESTED! All our services have gone out. Your CS is closed 'til MONDAY. HELP!!!

And the FIOS/CBT model for video doesnt work when the competition has been on hybrid fiber for 25 yrs and already paid for their investment.... VZ and ATT have to come to grips with buying unbundled elements from their competitors in some cases... because CMCSA has a lot of glass

@VerizonBusiness You're a billion dollar company and the Fios website may be the worst site ever. Many links do not work when clicked. It's terrible. Also why is customer service so terrible? Getting a human is nearly impossible.

@VerizonSupport We received a $100 gift card with our Fios service and placed an order for an Apple HomePod Mini, which never came. It was attempted to be delivered, then shipped back to the return center, and we’ve received no correspondence about a refund or replacement
