My brother is married, with a 2 year old & another due in June. Worth over $160 BILLION, @comcast MUST do better. Also, if you donât need internet for something business critical, STOP CALLING @Xfinity FOR HELP. You can read a book, do a puzzle, or ANYTHING else. #thisisnotadrill

@Xfinity Now they want me to wait more time and pay for someone to come into my home at this time to install the WiFi since the apartment complex has Xfinity too. I asked rep if I needed to know anything else this was never talked about!

@Xfinity I paid for self install of my WiFi. My building also gives free WiFi to residents but it sucks and never works so I ordered my own. The sales rep never said this could happen where we could not activate our WiFi ourselves and now need a technician which is an extra $70

@comcast My apartment conplex in Detroit has always had an account and the free WiFi comes with our rent payment. I have had to use additional Xfinity service to finish school work due to our building internet not working for 30 days now. Mind you this is only per device.
