@comcast To put a bow on this thing. I didn’t get a resolution to my issue but was told there are new packages coming in January. The service rep was extremely friendly. I lost time and gas money but I’m fine with this for now.

Yo. @Xfinity. You have to stop sending techs and taking down my internet without warning. That’s twice this week I’ve been #WFH and techs have been out installing boxes and messing with things. A little warning would’ve been nice. I would’ve gone into the office.

Often when people talk about the worst subscription streaming products Peaco*ck is 1st on the list. While the UI is less than great, it is nowhere near as failure-prone as Paramount+. It’s baffling to me that media companies the size of Viacom and Comcast can be this incompetent.

I have never been so annoyed by customer service as I am now with @Xfinity cable at our Florida condo. No one seems to be able to help me update payment info & that’s if I can actually talk to someone, but they are clearly able to charge me every month. #horribleservice

This is mostly a USA issue.The first few times are empty threats, then you get disconnected. The law says don't distribute.Use a VPN. It's better than nothing.
